With nearly two decades of experience in the construction industry, Rebecca Shepard has carved her niche as a seasoned proposal writer, editor, and strategist. As a published writer and seasoned proposal professional, Rebecca’s expertise lies in storytelling, writing for compliance and relevancy, and tailoring narratives for high win rates. She has played a pivotal role in assisting her clients to win over $9-B in contract capacity and individual project awards and more than 300 proposals. As a co-founder and lead trainer for The Proposaling Pros, she mentors other proposal writers, sharing proven methods, tools, and tips to optimize strengths within the narratives, ultimately resulting in higher contract win rates.

Proposal writing is a niche skill and can be difficult to grasp without first understanding your industry and the pursuit process.
